Q. I can't seem to find the item I am looking for, do you carry items that are not listed on your website?
A. Yes. Please call us and let us know which item you are looking for, we will be happy to help you.

Q. Do I need to sign a contract when I purchase a cellular phone from your company?
A. All cellular phones we sell are contract free, this means you own the phone at the price we sell it to you for, you are not obligated to sign any contract.

Q. What does unlocked mean?
A. This means the cellular phone you are buying will allow use of any active GSM SIM card*. (such as Cingular or T-mobile) *dependent on the phone, many will also work with overseas GSM SIM cards.

Q. What is GSM?
A. Instead of using analog service, GSM was developed as a digital system.

Q. What does SIM stand for?
A. A SIM CARD or GSM SIM CARD (They only work on GSM phones) is a little information card that holds your account information and phone number. You need one for most mobile phones to operate. You can find the SIM card usually underneath the battery of your phone. It is about the size of a dime. Currently carriers such as Cingular, AT&T, T-Mobile & MORE... use the GSM SIM CARD technology.

Q. What is CDMA?
A. Short for Code-Division Multiple Access, a digital cellular technology that uses spread-spectrum techniques. Unlike competing systems, such as GSM, CDMA does not assign a specific frequency to each user. Currently carriers such as Verizon, Sprint (USA), and MORE... use the CDMA system (There is no SIM card in CDMA).

Q. How long does it take for my item to arrive to me, after I order it?
A. We typically use UPS for shipping and ask for 24 hours to process an order. We ship from New York City. Please check with UPS for shipping times.

Q. Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
A. Yes, but you are required to call your credit card company and add the secondary address as an "Alternate Shipping Address".

Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes. If you live outside of the USA or Canadas, you will need to call in your order.
