The unit I received looked brand-new! Works perfectly. I would like to note that Google's choice of default wallpaper leaves a lot to be desired (it makes the display look broken); not something you want to see on the initial startup of any device, let alone a "used" phone. The unit also included a USB-A to USB-C charging cable (though no power supply). Also, a SIMM extraction tool (pin) is not included.Overall I am extremely please with my purchase.

While it was for the most part a very well conditioned phone, It did have a few scuffs on it. Sadly, I'n not really able to ascertain the battery health since there is no apparent way to find out with Pixel phones compared to iPhones. I'm still reviewing the phone right now, but so far so good on the initial impression.

I was concerned that the Armenian SIM card might not work, but it works perfectly fine. Additionally, the device arrived in excellent condition

Bought two of these, one for me and one for my wife. Have had both phones for 7 months now and had 0 issues. Both came unlocked as described and was very easy to add to my T-Mobile plan. Besides the custom packaging, I would have thought I bought these phones brand new.
