Set me a phone that was sold as new but had clearly been used at least as a display phone. There was a lot of wear around the charging port and in the system settings the battery said it had already been charged over 400 times . From day one the battery couldn't last all day. Mistakes happen but the frustrating part is they make it very difficult to work with them too return items. Tech support is always open but customer service has very minimal hours and they won't respond to emails . The only way I've been able to move the case forward is by simultaneously filing a claim with a Better Business bureau. They're willing to respond to emails from the Better Business Bureau. They've had the phone in their position for over a week and a half according to tracking and I still have yet to see any reimbursement . I will not be buying from this company again.
