Shipping policy

We can only ship to addresses confirmed by the issuing bank. This includes either the billing address associated with your bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" registered with your bank. If we cannot verify your shipping address, the order will be sent to the billing address.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. If additional time is required, we will update your order status.

Important: Free shipping vouchers are valid only for standard USPS delivery. Please avoid using these vouchers if you need expedited shipping, as your shipping method will automatically change to ground.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, even with expedited shipping. Therefore, delivery times may differ from expected transit estimates. For example, an overnight order placed on Friday will arrive on Monday rather than the expected one-day delivery.

We currently ship only within the USA and Canada.

We offer a variety of shipping methods and can ship your order via FedEx, or USPS, depending on your preference.
