OUR STORE POLICIES: Please understand that we post store policies to protect you as the buyer and Cell2Get as the merchant. We do not assess any fees that are unwarranted and do not use these fees to "make money". We assess fees to recover the losses incurred by customer returned merchandise. We are unable to offer a full credit for a used device, as we must re-sell said device at a discount.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Cell2Get requires a signature on all packages shipped domestically with a value over $150. This is required by our credit card processing company and our insurance company. If you wish to have a signature release on your package we do require additional order verification information. If you wish to have the package held at the nearest FedEx location for pickup, please contact FedEx at 800.463.3339. or USPS at 800-275-8777
CREDIT CARD CHARGES: Cell2Get DOES NOT charge your card when your order is placed. Your card is "authorized" for the full amount of the order. Your card is not charged until your order is shipped (within 24 hours of shipping). If you place an order for a backordered item, pre-ordered item or order on request item, your card is charged when we order the item from our supplier. This is usually 2 days prior to the order shipping to you. Orders which are cancelled and not charged will see the authorization on the card for another 1-3 business days. This is NOT a charge, but a simple authorization. Please contact your bank for more information regarding authorizations.
PRICE GUARANTEE: This is a new policy at Cell2Get. If you order an item from Cell2Get, and within 7 days of placing your order the price of the same exact device is lower, we will offer you the difference in price as store credit on your next purchase. You may also choose to accept a refund for the difference; in this case we will refund you 50% of the price difference back to your card or method of payment used. Does not apply to Coupon codes or One day or special offers. (Minimum price drop guarantee honored - $9.00, not honored if coupon was used.)
ORDER ON REQUEST: These items are considered a special order. Most of the time these devices/items will be shipped from our fulfillment center directly to you to avoid any delay. Please expect a 1-3 day delay on these items. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about a particular item.
BUY BACK POLICY:If you have an interest in selling or trading in your phone for a new phone from our store, please fill out this form so we can provide you with an accurate trade in or cash value for your phone. Other phones may also qualify for the "Buy Back Policy", even if the phone was not originally purchased from Cell2Get. Please contact us so we can evaluate and give you fair offer
RETURN POLICY: are permitted within 30 days days for returns. All returns, undelivered and refused packages are subject to a Minimum 15% restocking fee and non refundable shipping, handling and insurance.
RESTOCKING FEES: If a restocking fee is assessed, it will be based on the list price of the item at the time of purchase. The list price of the item is the price on the site at the time of purchase. The restock fee is not based on the price paid for the device (ie Coupons, Discounts, Credits). If you do have questions regarding this policy please contact us.
Restocking fee is clearly stated in our return policy and its part of our return T&C. Restocking Fees are not used to generate profit for our business. We use restocking fees to recover costs incurred during shipping and receiving of returned items, as well as price changes that may have occurred while the device was out of... our possession and unable to be sold. FREE SHIPPING (RETURNS): If an item was returned without defect and the order received free ground shipping, the refund will reflect a $10 outgoing shipping charge to recover the outgoing shipping costs. This simply states that if you have returned your device for something other than a manufacturer defect, you will be charged the outgoing shipping in which you received for free when you placed your order.
RMA NUMBERS: In order to expedite your return, please Fill out This Form to Request an RMA number. We will provide you with an RMA number so that your return may be processed and tracked properly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are never refundable unless we ship an incorrect item. Returns are generally completed within 6-12 days. Refunds may take up to 20 days to be posted back to the credit card used to make the purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: In order to cancel your order you must you must contact us within an hour. We do this so we can confirm that you are the one cancelling your order; we do this in the order in which they were received. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Please note that you can NOT cancel your order once it has been processed. Processing begins 7AM EST each day. Please note that once your order is processed it can not be cancelled. You can return the device, or refuse delivery of the device. Please see other store policies for charges incurred.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after the order is placed, assuming is did not yet ship.
2) Any order that has already shipped may not be cancelled.
3) Please be advise in the event customer requests to cancel there will cancellation fee of 10%.
RESTRICTIONS: Cell2Get reserves the right to refuse any return, conditions apply, please email for details. While we do our best to provide the most accurate information we can not guarantee that all the information on the site is accurate regarding an items characteristics, specifications and item details. There are over 3000 items on the website, and mistakes are made. In these cases we recommend that you contact the items manufacture or visit their site to verify the information is correct. There have been 1 or 2 occurrences that there were pricing errors on the website. We have the right to refuse the sale if we find that there was a pricing error. If this is the case you will be offered the item at our COST. Please Contact Us for more information regarding this unfortunate situation.
SHIPPING: We Shipped From New York. out Devices will be shipped by the shipping method you select during checkout. In the unfortunate occasion that you can only receive packages via USPS we will have the item shipped from on of our suppliers to our warehouse and then re-ship this to you via USPS at no extra charge. Please expect a delay of 2 days in this situation. In the unlikely event that you choose a shipping method that results in an incorrect price (website error), we will email you to either request the remaining balance to ship your device via the method you chose, or ship to you a service based on the price in which you paid for shipping. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship the product based on the price paid and not the method chosen. Most of the time we will upgrade to the next fastest shipping method for free. Prior to shipping Cell2Get will open each device (in some instances this means breaking the factory/security seal) that arrives to our warehouse. We do this to ensure that each package contains every accessory/piece that should be included. We inventory each and every item from the USB cable to the seal on the plastic that houses the battery. From experience we have found that customers generally appreciate this extra service. We sincerely apologize to everyone that does not agree with this procedure.
