It's pretty hefty. It feels a little thick and heavy for what it is. Also gets super warm when watching videos. It's worth the money you spend on it. Just a super mid phone for it's time, even

I bought 2 of these phones new at same time, ruggedized them and added more storage. They are great phones for the price. They have many nice features. The battery last a long time. I never have had any issues. Still working great.

Phone arrived with Verizon software and sim card in tray. Obviously reconditioned even tho add purported phone to be new. Other than that phone works as it should after disabling all the Verizon apps.

I have this phone from Verizon and wanted to purchase one for my husband. I was expecting a Motorola box, however, the phone arrived in a CRICKET box and came with Cricket firmware pre-installed. We have been able to connect with Verizon and make it work, but the pre-installed Cricket stuff has made it more difficult than it would have been if this had just been a carrier-agnostic unlocked phone. So..it does work as expected, but it may be a hassle to get your voicemail or texting setup if you have Verizon or a carrier other than Cricket.

I purchased this phone 3 years ago in 2021.Here I am in 2024, almost 2025, writing a review. Major procrastination, I guess.The main reason I bought this cell phone was because of its ample battery life. I was able to go 3 days without charging. The battery life was seriously phenomenal!That, however, was really the only feature that blew me away when I used this this phone.The screen size was nice and large. The resolution, however, wasn't the best. Some graininess every now and then.Camera was just okay. If you take photos outside, where lighting is always plentiful, you'll be fine. But if you take photos indoors without good lighting, you'll see poor quality photos that look grainy.The phone was quick to run apps and respond to what I wanted it to do, but after about half a year, I noticed a decrease in its speed.If you're wanting an economic phone and don't use your cell phone that much, this is a great phone. Get a more recent model, please.
