Updated Policies and Guidelines
1) Simplified Return/Exchange Process
We’ve streamlined the process for obtaining a return or exchange authorization code. Simply complete our online request form by CLICKING HERE. Please note, an authorization code is required before shipping any merchandise back.
2) Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, undelivered, and refused packages.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
3) Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- If you wish to return an item, please follow the standard return policy.
Return Requirements:
a) Items must include original factory packaging (box, foam, plastic wraps, etc.), unfilled warranty cards, manuals, and paperwork. Altered packaging will not be accepted.
b) Merchandise must be in original, mint condition. Damaged or scratched items cannot be returned.
c) For health and safety reasons, items posing potential health risks or those in contact with bodily fluids are non-returnable once shipped.
d) Devices must not be activated; activated devices are not eligible for return.
e) All returns must include factory accessories. Missing accessories will result in declined returns.
f) Obtain return authorization via phone, email, or the online form by CLICKING HERE. Include the authorization number clearly on the return letter and shipping box. Also include the original receipt (or copy), an explanation for the return, and your return or exchange request.
g) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

4) Manufacturer Warranties
Your receipt serves as proof of purchase for applicable manufacturer warranties.
5) Warranty and Insurance Claims
- Keep your receipt for warranty or insurance claims; duplicates cannot be provided.
- Devices sent to the manufacturer after 30 days will be repaired or replaced with a refurbished unit.
6) Defective Product Repairs
Repairs for defective products are handled by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified on your receipt.
7) Damaged Shipments
If an item is damaged during shipping:
- Contact the manufacturer immediately.
- Retain all shipping materials.
- Notify customer service promptly.
8) Order Quantity Limitations
We reserve the right to limit item quantities per order.
9) Product Images

10) Typographical Errors
We are not liable for typographical errors on our website.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if they haven’t shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellation requests.
