I really enjoyed the large screen and good sound quality of this phone. However, I had issues with the battery melting twice, though I don’t think this happens with all units. Seems common. Thankfully, Google’s warranty covered the repairs, but I did have to reset the phone to get it back to normal afterward. Overall, it’s a nice phone, but I’d recommend avoiding charging while using it heavily.

The phone isn't bad even though I just started using it, "upgraded" from the pixel 2 XL to this it's a little different and I do miss the touch button on the back and the facial recognition to log in will take some getting used to but overall my only real complaint is that I paid a lot for it yet it was sent dead dead like so dead it wouldn't act right trying to charge until it got a little bit of a charge. My advice send it with atleast 20% battery life. They sent me a block and some random 3ft charge cable with it.

Replacing our 4xl was a great option to having a broken phone repaired. Replacing a battery, plus a camera fix exceeding the cost of a renewed phone. Easy transfer of data to the new phone.Only down side was that the delivery took about two (2) weeks.

I ordered a pixel 4 xl 'renewed' and what i recieved was a pixel 4 xl in COMPLETE factory wrapping. The fingerprint cover plastic was over the screen and rear of the phone. Not one mote of dust. Not the hint of a fingerprint. This was good but the battery being dead for that many years could have been bad. However the battery works fine and seems to be at 75% capacity.Overall id much rather have an original new in box device than a refurbished one so this was a highly pleasant purchasing experience.

have not had a problem with this phone from purchase and am still using it 2 years later.
