      Top-Choice-Imports is who we purchased our LG Exalt. We have had this model for years and love it. But it was dropped and broke. So, we took a chance and ordered this from Amazon. The phone is in excellent condition and more importantly it works. Everything transferred over. We are Seniors and appreciate getting a phone and not needing to re-learn.       Mine came with a red and blue line right through the middle of the phone it feels like plastic and is hard to text. and I keep on getting random messages that I can’t silence. the photo quality is horrible and doesn’t work to call people on speaker it hangs up randomly on me and I wouldn’t recommend u buy this for the price of it I would just go to the Apple store and buy the new iPhone 13

      Display issues with 2 previous VN 220's - wires in hinge break after about 1 to 2 years. You should start a repair service as there won't be new phones available for much longer...
