This is a good basic phone if all you are going to do is make phone calls. I wanted a dumb phone, as all I need is call, text, a calendar. The text feature is limited text from iPhones will not be received. I found it better to turn off applications on my smart phone to limit myself to these three applications.

Working well so far! Didn't come with a sim card so took the one from my old phone & inserted into this phone & it worked just fine! All I had to do is put my contacts into the phone & it wast to go & use! Also very loud when ringing! Hope this information was helpful to someone looking into this phone - also I have Straight Talk service!!!🤳

If you require things like Google maps and music streaming, do not get this phone. It's designed for people who want to escape social media and mobile application use entirely. Which is impossible, we all need online banking, music streaming, and etc. Little bit of a cheap build.

Good little flip phone for an elderly person. It is good, charges well. The sound is good and the only problem is they do not last long. Being dropped (as old people do) really gives it a beating. We even put a hard protector case on it to help with drops, but ultimately the thing broke in half! Not much you can do with that type of breakage. So we ended up buying another one to replace it. The price is ok for the phone, we just wish it would last longer.
