Overall I am satisfied but there are a couple of things to be aware of. First, if you take the free delivery option, be prepared to wait about 10 days. If I knew it was going to take that long I may have considered expedited shipping. Secondly, when I see "new" I expect the item to be sealed and in its original box with all accessories included, otherwise it should be considered "like new". The packaging wasn't bad but the phone was placed in a plastic bubble sleeve and a cord was placed in another plastic bubble sleeve. The cord was not new because if it was it would be tied up a certain way. It looks unused but who knows. The phone looked like it may have been used, or at least handled. They placed a film over the screen, which I appreciate, but it was smudged with handling and fingerprints. Was it unused? I don't know, you can't tell. Someone could have used it, cleaned it, and performed a factory reset. That's why I like stuff in it's original packaging. All in all I am satisfied enough to keep the phone. I did email them a couple of times and they were pretty quick to email back (same day), but I doubt I will buy from them again. They deserve about 3.6 stars but I will give them 4 because of the customer service but there is no way I can give them 5. I hope this helps.

I used Xiaomi for a long time but decided to switch to Samsung since Xiaomi lacks support in the U.S. Honestly, I’m disappointed—many features I was used to are missing (for example, the three-finger swipe for screenshots). To get the same functionality, I had to install paid apps, which didn’t always work properly. After struggling for a week and a half, I returned the phone. I really tried.Better a "Chinese" phone without support than a super popular brand without essential features.

The phone is perfect. Very happy with it. Just like the past whenever I buy something that is still new within two weeks the next latest and greatest thing comes out. But that’s OK.My only issue was the delivery and how a $1000 phone was just thrown on the porch with no thought into what might be in the box.
