Phone came packaged well and arrived timely. And it was smooth and sleek, so smooth in face we had to wait to get a case out of fear of dropping it. Haha.. ordered for my dad as a last-minute replacement. He had to get a case, so I didn't use it until about a week. I set it up for him and noticed nothing out of the ordinary. The phone works great—brand new, unlocked, ease of setup, value for money, and everything works great! Thanks seller!

I love that there were no cracks or external damage to the phone, which is replacing my used very cracked and damaged one.I love this and it's condition, however since I do not take that many photos, I did not notice that the front camera is damaged, in when trying to take photos from that camera it is clearly half blocked and blurry.The back camera works just fine.Love the phone and this model.

Ordered this fone as a replacement for my Galaxy S8 that died after many, many years. I didn't want to buy a new fone because we will be moving out of the country in August and I just needed one to get me through the 9 months before we move. The fone arrived and it looked great and functioned fine. And then less than 4 months later, it just died. The screen wouldn't come up and you couldn't turn it off or on, nothing. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the warranty because I didn't think it would be a problem for the short amount of time I would be using it. That worked out to be a $50/month rental charge. What a waste of $200! And now they want $249...buyer beware!
