I bought 2 of these Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ Rugged Flip Phone-Black-Verizon (Renewed).WHY I ORDERED THESE FLIP PHONES: - My Husband and I live in a very rural location in North Idaho, located between 2 mountain ranges. - Ever since we had to buy new 4G capable phones, we have had horrid to no phone reception in our location! Major pain i the but for quite a few years now. - I ended up getting a Samsung Galaxy S22 PLUS phone, but the problem remained. Lousy Reception! - Cell Signal Boosters really did not help in this location either. - I read some very good things about the Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ Rugged Flip Phones, so I ordered 2 of them.THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: - Both of these Kyocera Phones were refurbished and both arrived looking very close to new! - Each phone came from a different Amazon Seller, but were close to the same price. - We have been using these 2 Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ Flip Phones at our rural property for about 3 months now and they both work awesome! - These Flip Phones are so much easier and safer to carry around on our property than my larger, awkward, breakable Samsung Galaxy S22 PLUS phone. These phones fit great in a coat or shirt pocket, which works for hiking in the hills, brush and forests. - Both Phones are using the Verizon Network. - We get much better cell reception with these 2 Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ Flip Phones than I get with my Samsung Galaxy S22 PLUS phone! - You can even attach a wrist lanyard to these phones, but it needs to have the thin nylon loop to thread through the tiny slot and plastic bar on the back, right hand corner of the phone, when the back of the phone is facing you.THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: - We can not think of anything negative to say about these Kyocera DuraXV Extreme Plus Flip Phones.CONCLUSION: - There are very limited phone case choices available for these Kyocera DuraXV Extreme Plus Phones. - We found that the Encased brand will fit these Kyocera DuraXV Extreme Plus Phones the best.-- Encased DuraClip for Kyocera DuraXV Extreme/DuraXE Epic Belt Clip Case, Slim Fit Cover with Holster (Black) -- - We don't really use the clip/holster part of the Encased covers, but they do work very well. We prefer to only use the front and back plastic pop-on covers, and then just slip the phones in our pockets, **** packs, day-bags, or my purse instead. - We both totally are in LOVE with these very awesome Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ Flip Phones!

Received phone on expected date of delivery. Description (in a word): Outstanding! Phone was sought out and purchased solely based upon its capability to function on voice-dialing (it works quite well). As far as the design and build quality of this product, it is (and will most likely remain) the state-of-the-art basic cellular telephone for the foreseeable future. Comparable to the Bose 901, the Gibson Les Paul, or the valve amp [and Rock 'n' Roll]; it's probably here to stay!
